Well, this is a FIRST for me. I was so dissappointed when my order arrived and it was the wrong thing. I immediatly telephoned your Customer Service who let me rant and rave, as you do, before Lynn very calmly apologised, and explained how to return it FREE and gave assurance the correct item would be sent. Image my surprise when the item and an apology gift turned up the next day. At last a company I can trust and believe in and will actually admit when they've got it wrong, Certainly makes a change in this day and age.
